From September through December,
I became obsessed with my new subject matter, farmscapes.
The next studies are from photos I took while cycling around my new homeland.

THE BIG MOVE
After 27 years of following my husband's career around rural Missouri, he retired.
The last 8 years were spent in West Plains, MO in the beautiful Ozarks.
We packed up our goods and headed back to family
and to where we began, Millstadt, Illinois.

Renaissance Flowers
Well, much to my surprise these flowers won
BEST IN SHOW
at the 2014 Harlin Museum Spring Art Show in West Plains. Missouri !
This piece also snagged a FIRST PLACE
in the 2013 Spring River Artists Guild art show in Hardy Arkansas!!
